Why we find strive to be affordable to our clients?

We believe every person charged with a crime should be able to obtain the best defense they can and this means that legal fees should be affordable.

For years our attorneys have worked cases where clients were paying very high legal fees for their representation. Often when push came to shove and extra evidence or an expert witness was necessary, oftentimes the attorney’s fees had consumed so much of the client’s budget that they could not afford to bring in the additional support needed. Other times we have watched as defendants with very defendable cases have entered unnecessary guilty pleas with an attorney ill equipped to fully fight the case because the defendant could not afford the fees necessary to hire a skilled DUI defense attorney. We have seen too many cases where clients fire other counsel because they are being charged per court appearance, hit with hidden fees and then pressured to enter a plea.

The Citron Law Group’s DUI CORPS has determined it is going to change the way people can defend a DUI. We decided to make it affordable.

This took a lot of work and thinking about how lawyers typically do business and ways to provide the same service, but in a more responsive and efficient manner. In short, we provide the same service as anyone else but with more skill and better.

Maintaining an affordable level of pricing for our client is one of our core values and as a result we've reengineered the manner in which we practice law to make it more accommodating to the client. We run a very efficient law firm with proper support in place for our clients and attorneys. Many of these discounts or cost saving benefits we realize are passed on to the clients. We recognize we are going to be paid well for our services, but feel it is fair to be paid what is reasonable and not get more money from a client because we can and the person is in a weak spot in life.

The DUI CORPS gives our clients an honest fee, disclosed to the client upfront and, generally, on payment terms that are acceptable to the client and within his ability to actually make the payments. There are no hidden or undisclosed fees or additional charges if we appear on your behalf at court more times than we anticipate or if you don’t take a plea you don’t want to. While many other law firms utilize such pricing methods in their retainer agreements, ours is completely open and honest, with no traps for the unwary to fall into.

AFFORDABLE, HOWEVER, DOES NOT MEAN CHEAP.

Affordable to us means we can provide excellent DUI defense to our clients at a price level that is truly fair to everybody involved. Our lawyers are not cheap. They are excellent. But they are being offered to our clients at reasonable prices because we believe everybody should be able to afford a defense to the cases that are being prosecuted against them.

The Citron Law Group’s DUI CORPS is firmly committed to providing our clients excellent client service, which is a fairly significant departure from the common method in which law firms typically operate. We recognize that people expect value for the money they pay. At the Citron Law Group we know we can add this value by ensuring each of our clients receives exceptional client service.

Other firms cannot make this claim.

Many times an attorney might be unable to return a telephone call, email, or, simply avoid communications with a client until a matter is truly pressing. However, at the DUI CORPS we have determined to take a different approach. Client communication is one of our focal points and we make sure to timely and promptly return our clients’ inquiries, be they via phone, email, or otherwise. Because our attorneys are willing to work during off hours, that is non-business hours, we are often able to speak with clients at times that are more convenient for them. We do this because we recognize that you work and have families as well.

We’re happy to make this client experience part of our services because, after all, we think it’s only fair that we treat our clients in the manner that we would expect to be treated by other professionals.

Of course, a valuable client experience does not mean the outcome of a client’s case can be guaranteed, as many people would like.
